  23. If you wrap it up (camouflage) the bills before putting them in the envelope,
  24. who's gonna know it's cash?

  26. Plus, you register it, and insure it for the amount enclosed + cost of
  27. insurance + postage. There is a limit on how much insurance you can get,
  28. it's about $50 here in Canada. And don't go blabbing to the mail clerk what's
  29. inside either.

  34. can slip our personal ID card into ANY reader ANYWHERE and purchase from
