- If you wrap it up (camouflage) the bills before putting them in the envelope,
- who's gonna know it's cash?

- Plus, you register it, and insure it for the amount enclosed + cost of
- insurance + postage. There is a limit on how much insurance you can get,
- it's about $50 here in Canada. And don't go blabbing to the mail clerk what's
- inside either.
